At IRTHI Contemporary Crafts Council, every piece is carefully handcrafted and packed with intention, ensuring it arrives to you in perfect condition—carrying not just a product, but a story.
We currently offer domestic shipping (inside UAE) only. For International orders, please reach out directly to sales@irthi.com
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Mon-Thurs (excluding weekends and holidays). As many of our products are handmade, additional time may be required during peak periods or for limited-edition collections.
Delays or Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors (such as customs clearance, weather, or courier disruptions) may cause unexpected delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@irthi.com.
